Are your injectors starting to show the signs of age? Perhaps you have noticed some unusual running conditions? Maybe you just want to understand what the health of your injectors are? Call up our sales team and we will give your injectors a comprehensive check up!
After talking to our sales team, the injectors can be sent in following the instructions found under "Shipping & Returns". Then, after completing an external clean of your injectors, we use industry leading test equipment designed in house to check the operation of your injectors at multiple calibration points ranging from idle to full power. Once the testing is complete, we report to you our findings, share an in depth calibration sheet displaying the operational performance of your injectors, and work with you on determining a next course of action.
Do you have a healthy set of injectors but are looking to get a bit more punch? Are you looking to save money compared to purchasing an unused set? If this sounds like your situation, give our sales team a call to discuss your project goals and how to determine what injector size would work best. From there a rough estimate will be provided to cover the initial testing to verify the injectors are in good candidates for modification and the modifications needed to achieve the desired size. The injectors can then be sent in following the instructions found under "Shipping & Returns". Should the injectors not be good candidates for modification you will be notified, and only charged for the initial baseline testing.
All modified injector sets will be returned with a calibration sheet showing the output, stability and return flow as measured on our inhouse test equipment.
Please note that our modification steps do not include a “rebuild process”. Unless stated differently in the estimate we are modifying the original parts. The injectors will be returned with the same amount of “wear” as when they were received. We can however conduct limited repairs to correct injector problems we may find in the initial testing. Should this apply to the injectors sent in our service people will discuss the nature of the repair and the associated costs before they are completed.
Note: Modifications not available on used L5P Duramax injectors.

Are you wondering if your Exergy pump is ready for the next season, or event? We offer baseline functionality testing and basic repairs on the pumps we have sold. This test includes externally cleaning the pump and running it through a 13 point test at various speeds and pressure settings for approximately 30 minutes. This is the best way to verify all is well with your Exergy pump.
Please note that our testing process does not “rebuild” the pump. We do not offer this service as it is not cost feasible relative to purchasing a new pump. We are able to conduct limited repairs. Should we find your pump in need of a repair our sales team will contact you to discuss the nature of what was found and the related repair cost.
